Friday - Yogic Philosophy that highlights the Yoga Chakras. Discussion will be followed by a restorative practice including essential oils and Yoga Nidra. Tea and light snacks will be served.
Saturday - The restorative practice will include pranayama (breathing technique) and meditation to bring clarity to the mind. Vegetarian lunch included.
Sunday - Complete the restorative weekend with a morning Pranayama session followed by a Gentle Yoga Practice. Tea and Fresh Fruit will be served.
